Hi, I’m Julia, a freelance photographer based in Melbourne, Australia.

My photography journey began in the 90s in Moscow, where I was born and grew up. This is when I first picked up a film camera and mucked around taking pictures of everydays things. As I started travelling abroad, camera was my constant companion.

In the early 2000s, I moved to Australia, which I now proudly call home.

Photography continues to be my passion and a way to look at the world. I've taken part in a few exhibitions and competitions, and it feels amazing to know that people connect with my work.
